Golf Fitness for Seniors
Have you noticed that you've lost distance as the years have gone by? Or maybe you don't have the stamina during a round that you used to have when you were younger? If you want to gain back distance and up your fitness game on the course and off, Golf Fitness for Seniors is for you. This is a results-oriented strength and conditioning program. Using proprietary training equipment and techniques, each class offers high intensity circuit training to increase your stamina, improve your strength and increase your club head speed. This is a four-week program, with one hour of instruction per week, held on consecutive Mondays.
A minimum of 7 students are required per session.
Dates and Times: All sessions are held on Mondays from 10:00 a.m. - 11:00 a.m.
Session 1: Begins Monday, June 8 through Monday, June 29. (4 classes)
Session 2: Begins Monday, July 13 through Monday, August 3. (4 classes)
Session 3: Begins Monday, August 10 through Monday, August 31. (4 classes)

Tuition: $175 (Fox and Weymouth members), $199 (non-members) per session
